A. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is only allowed if the request is generated before shipment of the order. No Cancelation is allowed after shipment of order. Customer can opt for Return of product as per given policy after shipment of order.
B. Return Policy:
We have a 5 days return policy, customers can return items/orders within 5 days after receiving item. To request for any return, you can contact us at [email protected] within 5 days after receiving date. After accepting return request and raise return ticket, ekarigar will share you a return shipping details.
Please Note : (1) PRODUCT / ORDER SENT BACK TO EKARIGAR WITHOUT RETURN REQUEST TICKET WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR NOT BE ELIGBLE FOR ANY REFUND. (2) NO RETURN POLICY FOR BREKABLE ITEMS e.g. PRODUCTS UNDER CERAMIC, TERRACOTTA AND BLUE POTTERY CATAGORY ETC. (3) TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURNE REFUND , PRODUCT MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT, UNWORN OR UNSED WITH TAGS, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALONG WITH ORIGINAL INVOICE .

C. Refund Policy:
In case of Cancel Order:
In Case of Order Cancellation, paid amount automatically refunded on your original payment method (In case of online Payment) within 7-10 working days
In case of Return:
Ekarigar will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return products, after approving of return, paid amount automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 working days. Please remember it can take some time with your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
In case of “Cash Paid on delivery” ekarigar will confirm bank account details with customer on mail, Bank Account must be in the name of original customer name. The Paid amount will be refunded in bank account within 7-10 working Days.
