• Order number
• Clear images of the product received
• Our team will review and confirm if your case qualifies for an exchange.
• Exchange/Replacement will be shipped only after receiving the original product back.
• Delivery timeline for the replacement product will depend on your location.
• Please note: Refunds are not applicable for defective/incorrect product cases.
